• This paper describes the methodology of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and traces its development. The use of QFD in the review process of a B.Eng Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering as an efficient and effective tool to obtain feedback from the students is described. The results from this exercise are presented and discussed.
