    En este trabajo se examina con cierto detalle el contenido regulatorio contenido en los artículos 11 bis, 11 ter sobre la página (o sitio) web corporativo de una sociedad de capitales. En particular, se estudia lo tocante a la creación (voluntaria), modificación y traslado o supresión de la página web; las publicaciones que pueden insertarse en ella y sus requisitos legales o estatutarios.

    This paper deals with the regulatory content of the Spanish Company Law (LSC) concerning the corporate website of the company (art. 11 bis and 11 ter LSC). In particular, the author examines different questions related to the creation, alteration and transfer and cancellation of the website, the legal publicity od its internet address, its content (compulsory or otherwise); the legal regime and the possible regulation in the corporate articles.
