    El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo facilitar la interpretación de la normativa de protección de datos en lo relativo a la obligación de notificar las brechas de seguridad a la autoridad competente y, en su caso, a los interesados de modo que la notificación se gestione siguiendo unas pautas orientativas, se comunique por el canal adecuado y contenga información suficiente en base a las nuevas exigencias de la legislación.

    The objective of this work is to facilitate the interpretation of the data protection regulations with regard to the obligation to notify data breaches to the competent authority and, where appropriate, to the data subjects so that the notification is managed according to a guideline, is communicated through the appropriate channel and contains sufficient information based on the new requirements of the legislation.
