En un mundo en el que la inteligencia artificial está teniendo cada vez más protagonismo en nuestro día a día, nos planteamos en qué lugar queda la sociedad y qué papel debe ostentar el Derecho. A través de la técnica de la criogenización, hasta la implantación de extensiones robóticas de cualquier tipo en un cuerpo humano, e incluso combinando estas dos, podemos ver los nuevos escenarios que se darán para este nuevo ‘ser humano’ y que derechos y obligaciones tendrá. Cuestiones como la personalidad, el nacimiento bis o la discapacidad de estos sujetos, son algunos de los puntos que trataremos.

In a world in which artificial intelligence is playing an increasingly important role in our daily lives, we ask ourselves where society stands and what role the law should play.
