Resumen de Interactive Learning with the Computer

Klaus Götz

  • Interactive learning with the computer is one of many possibilities to optimize human learning and to create new access to learning.

Prior experience has shown that an initial euphoria gives way to rather more realistic and pragmatic considerations. In the future it will be crucial to examine where the limitations and the possibilities of interactive learning with the computer will lie, and which course of action will need to be taken accordingly. Further applications of the computer and of new media overall in the training arena will continue to expand at an ever‐increasing rate.

Qualified judgments as to the ‘pros’ and ‘cons’ of computer utilization in the area of training are dependent, therefore, even more on the extent of the information flow and the discernment capability of the training specialists and managers.
