Esto rasgos quedaron patentes en su intensa relación con el pensamiento filosófico latinoamericano.

In this brief piece I am sharing memories showing some of the most salient personal qualities of Karl–Otto Apel, who, having been one of the most prominent philosophers of the XXth century, showed a human touch matching the depth and importance of his philosophy. His sincere and unassuming personal character marked also his intense relationship with the Latin American way of thinking philosophy.
