  Este artículo busca contribuir a la discusión feminista sobre las políticas de la materia, dando cuenta de propuestas metodológicas para investigar con objetos y de cómo estos interfieren en nuestras investigaciones. En esta metarreflexión metodológica ponemos a dialogar dos investigaciones acerca del papel de los objetos en la vida social. Ello se hace a partir de dos entradas: (1) la revisión del uso de entrevistas y fotografías que permiten que los objetos operen y se manifiesten a través de quienes les poseen, para ser atendidos, vistos y escuchados, por quienes investigamos, y (2) las interferencias de los objetos en las investigaciones, resistiéndose a participar o modificando las condiciones y términos en que son interpelados desde el dispositivo metodológico. Este análisis metodológico nos permite poner en evidencia la continuidad material que nos coconstituye y afecta mutuamente a humanos y objetos en el marco de la investigación, y cuestionar los posicionamientos (metodológicos y epistemo-políticos) pretendidamente distantes y utilitaristas hacia unos “otros” en forma de objetos en la investigación social.

  This paper attempts to contribute to the feminist discussion on the politics of matter, giving account of methodological proposals to research with objects and of how they interfere in our research. In this methodological meta-reflection we put to dialogue two studies about the role of objects in social life, by following two entries: (1) the review of how the use of interviews and photographs facilitate objects to operate and express through their owners in order to be cared for, seen and heard, by those of us investigating, and (2) the interferences of objects with research, resisting participation or modifying the conditions and terms in which they are questioned from the methodological device. This methodological analysis allows us: to highlight the material continuity that co-constitutes and mutually affects humans and objects in the framework of research, and to question a supposedly distant and utilitarian position (methodological and epistemic-political) towards some "others", in the form of objects, in social research.
