    Se expone cómo se alimentaba la ciudad de Córdoba en los siglos XVII y XVIII, marcando particularidades con épocas anteriores y diferenciándola con las distintas clases sociales que la componen. Igualmente especifican las clases de materias primas y alimentos nuevos procedentes de los nuevos descubrimientos y rutas de la época. Se dan a conocer los medios de transporte, su distribución en la ciudad, precios de los diferentes artículos, proveedores, puntos de venta...

    This paper aims to give an account of the people from Córdoba, the cordobeses, fed during the 17th and 18th centuries. We wsll explain their dietary routines and will also focus on the major diffedrenes between their eating habits and the current ones by paying special attention to time and class distinctions. We will specify the food preoducts Cordobesian used regularly for their feeding dxurinthe cited centuries and will also mention the food products imported from the bew territories beyond the sea. Wel will list the origin of these new products means of transport, distribution,sales areas and price, among other thing.
