Over time, libraries for children and young adults have shown a significant propensity for editorial activity, as bibliographies, guides and other materials. Thanks to the pervasiveness of the web, in the 21st Century these libraries also propose themselves as active laboratories where users are pushed and supported to get involved in production of contents to be shared within the community. In this sense, the article describes and comments main projects promoted by the Library of children and young adults of Rozzano (Milan), which is a significant experience within the Italian context.
