  • Resumen
    • The primary purpose of this study is to compare customers' perceptions of the dining experience at a student-operated, on-campus fine dining restaurant (Old Guard) to their perceptions of dining at other comparable restaurants located in the downtown college community. A three-part questionnaire was answered by 126 diners at the Old Guard over a four-day period. The results of this study found that, in general, customers were satisfied with the dining experience at the restaurant. When comparisons were made between customers' perceptions of the Old Guard and an off-campus restaurant, twelve of the twenty attributes evaluated were perceived similarly.
