Resumen de Participación de la mujer en los órganos de Gobierno de la Universidad Nacional de Pilar, año 2018

  El trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar un análisis de la estructura de gobierno en la Universidad Nacional de Pilar y la participación de la mujer en ese contexto. Teniendo en cuenta la constitución Nacional Art. 48: "De la igualdad de derechos del hombre y de la mujer". La metodología utilizada corresponde a un estudio de corte transversal descriptivo, prospectivo con un enfoque cuantitativo. Se realizó un análisis documental de la información disponible en las páginas web de la Universidad Nacional de Pilar, de las siete facultades. Se obtuvo datos de quienes integran los órganos de gobierno como: la Asamblea Universitaria, el Consejo Superior Universitario, los Consejos Directivos y los cargos de Decanato. Se realizó entrevista con informantes clave para recabar informaciones contextualizadas y se elaboró una matriz de datos de los cargos, evidenciándose la supremacía masculina en los puestos de mayor poder como son el rectorado, el vicerrectorado y los decanatos.

  The objective of this work is to carry out an analysis of the government structure at the national University of Pilar and the participation of women in the context of taking into account the national constitution art.48: “on the equal rights of men and women”. The methodology used corresponds to a descriptive, quantitative crosssectional study with a quantitative approach. A documentary analysis of the information available on the web pages of the seven faculties in the national university of Pilar, was carried out. Data was obtained from those who make up the governing bodies such as: the university assembly, the higher university council, the board of directors and the deanery positions. An interview was carried out with key informants in order to gather contextualized information and a matrix of data of the positions was elaborated which showed the male supremacy in the positions of greatest power such as the rector’s office, the vice rector’s office and the deanships.
