    El ejercicio del Liderazgo ético constituye un reto, considerando el protagonismo y la influencia de todos los actores para el buen funcionamiento de los procesos internos de la Facultad. El propósito de esta investigación es caracterizar el cumplimiento de un Liderazgo Ético eficaz en la FCCAE-UNP. La metodología implementada en la investigación fue del tipo descriptivo y cuantitativo, utilizándose una encuesta dirigida a funcionarios de dicha casa de estudios, desde una doble perspectiva de desempeño; por un lado, para obtener una autoevaluación con relación al liderazgo ejercido desde su rol; por otro lado, para obtener información con relación a su rol de subordinado a un jefe. La encuesta ha sido aplicada vía on-line. Los principales hallazgos fueron: el desarrollo de un Liderazgo Ético efectivo conforme a las dimensiones investigadas, en las que se ha podido corroborar que se desarrolla una comunicación eficiente; una formación técnica profesional, formativa y psicoafectiva, acordes a las necesidades de la Institución; así mismo, se ha podido verificar que existen algunas debilidades relacionadas con la actuación oportuna en casos de infringir algunas normativas éticas y morales, como también, en algunos casos, la falta de consideración de la opinión de todas las personas que conforman la Facultad.

    The exercise of ethical Leadership is a challenge considering the role and influence of all the protagonists needed for the smooth operation of the processes within the Faculty. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to characterize the fulfillment of an effective Ethical Leadership in the Faculty of Accounting, Administration and Economics of the National University of Pilar (FCCAE-UNP). The methodology implemented in the research was of the descriptive and quantitative type, using a survey directed to officials of said educational institution from a double perspective of performance; on the one hand, to obtain a self-evaluation in relation to the leadership exercised from one's own role; and on the other hand, to obtain information regarding their role as subordinate to a boss. The survey has been applied on-line. The main findings of this research were that an effective Ethical Leadership is developed considering the dimensions investigated; where it has been possible to corroborate that an efficient communication is developed with a professional, formative and psycho-affective technical training given according to the needs of the institution. Similarly however, it has been possible to verify that there are some weaknesses related to a timely action where cases of violating some ethical and moral norms have occured, as well as taking into consideration the opinion of the people that make up the Faculty.
