Resumen de Nuevas configuraciones familiares: tipos de familia, funciones y estructura familiar

  A partir de los aportes e interrogantes de los estudiantes del tramo final de la Licenciatura en Psicología de la Facultad de Psicología, UNC, acerca de las demandas actuales, las cuales no podrían ser respondidas de manera adecuada a través de los aportes clásicos de la terapia sistémica, resulta necesario re-pensar estos aportes teóricos y su aplicación clínica. En esta comunicación se revisan de manera teórica los conceptos clásicos de la terapia familiar sistémica tales como concepto de familia, sus tipos y funciones, así como los cambios en la estructura familiar acontecidos por las transformaciones sociales actuales. El objetivo central será el de conocer la diversidad en los tipos de familia actuales, re-pensando y revisando sus subsistemas, límites y fronteras. Por último, se propone también la revisión de los propios pre-conceptos del terapeuta para, así, lograr intervenciones clínicas más eficaces que puedan dar mejores respuestas a las demandas sociales emergentes.

  Considering the contributions and questions made by the students of the School of Psychology at the National University of Córdoba as part of their undergraduate thesis and The current demands, which could not be met effectively by means of the traditional contributions of systemic therapy, we believe it is necessary to reconsider these theoretical contributions and their clinical application. This paper revises the classical concepts of the systemic family therapy such as the concept of family, its types and functions, as well as the changes in family structure that have occurred as a result of the current social transformations. The main aim is to show the diversity of the different current family types, to reconsider and to revise their subsystems, limits and boundaries. Finally, another aim is to revise the therapist´s own preconceptions in order to achieve more effective clinical interventions that can provide better responses to the emerging social demands.
