    En este artículo examina algunos puntos clave de la fundamentación última kantiana en tanto que construcción de un campo morfo-semántico y pragmático en el cual el principio tiene el máximo rendimiento. A continuación se expone una fundamentación referida a un problema moral puntual: el aborto. El artículo cierra explicitando la tesis de que, en muchos casos, el principio moral bien fundamentado puede ser modalizado o suspendido

    In this paper, some key points of the Kantian ultimate foundation as the construction of a morpho-semantic and pragmatic field in which the principle has the maximum performance are examined. Moreover, a fundamental principle that refers to a specific moral problem is presented: abortion. The article concludes by explaining the thesis that, in many cases, the well- grounded moral principle can be modelled or suspended.

    Dieser Artikel untersucht einige der wichtigsten Punkte der Kantischen Letztbegründung als ein morpho-semantisches und pragmatisches Feld, innerhalb dessen das Prinzip seine maximale Leistung entfaltet. Im Anschluss daran wird eine Begründung vorgestellt, die sich auf ein spezifisch moralisches Problem bezieht: auf das Problem der Abtreibung. Der Artikel schließt mit der Erklärung der These, dass in vielen Fällen das wohlbegründete moralische Prinzip modalisiert oder ausgesetzt werden kann.
