Resumen de Hacia un cambio de paradigma
Nos dirigimos hacia un cambio de paradigma. Los modelos sobre los que se sustenta nuestro mundo ya mostraban síntomas de agotamiento: la evolución demográfica, los endeudamientos exponenciales, el crecimiento anémico, el deterioro medioambiental... El cambio era inevitable y el COVID-19 acelerará este proceso. Necesitaremos modelos empresariales más resilientes, eficientes, tecnológicos, con proyectos sólidos desde un punto de vista operativo y financiero, y que contribuyan al desarrollo de las comunidades en las que están presentes. Sólo así podremos garantizar una salida de la crisis sostenible. El mundo que nos vamos a encontrar tras la pandemia va a ser absolutamente diferente. Debemos prepararnos para el futuro y mentalizarnos ante estos cambios inevitables. Tenemos que reflexionar sobre cómo construir un futuro posible a largo plazo, un futuro que puede y debe ser mejor. Tenemos la oportunidad de crear el mundo que queremos tener, no sólo reestablecer el que teníamos antes.Resumen alternativo:We are heading towards a paradigm shift. We must prepare for the future and psych ourselves up for these inevitable changes. We have to reflect on how to build a possible long-term future, a future that can and should be better. We have the opportunity to create the world we wish, not just reestablish the one we had before.
