Resumen de Catálogo de los libros de facistol del monasterio de San Miguel de los Reyes (OSH)

Entre los libros de facistol o cantorales conservados en el Archivo de la Catedral de Valencia se encuentra la colección, casi completa, de los que pertenecieron al monasterio jerónimo valenciano de San Miguel de los Reyes, haciendo una catalogación sistemática, la cual se hacía necesaria, planteándose los siguientes objetivos: abordar el punto de vista histórico, el codicológico y el musicológico. Así pues, el trabajo ha quedada constituido por cuatro bloques: el primero está dedicado a la música en el monasterio valenciano a través de los cargos musicales, la actividad y el repertorio musical; en el segundo bloque se abordan ya los cantorales que pertenecieron al monasterio jerónimo, en él se hace estudio comparativo con los diferentes índices conservados en la Catedral de Valencia, también se da cuenta de los libros datados e iluminados, el estudio codicológico de los mismos y los aspectos musicales que caracterizan a todos ellos, así como las dificultades que hemos encontrado para la realización de este tipo de trabajo; el tercer epígrafe trata del catálogo general de los cantorales, describiéndose también la ficha de catalogación consensuada para tal labor y el cuarto está dedicado a la clasificación de todos los libros dentro del año litúrgico, teniendo en cuenta la ordenación del Missale Romanum y el Breviarum Romanum, fuentes cuya liturgia es la misma que la de los cantorales.

Among the choral and lectern books preserved in the Archive of the Cathedral of Valencia is the almost complete collection of those that belonged to the Valencian Hieronymite Monastery of San Miguel de los Reyes, making a systematic cataloging, which was necessary, considering the following objectives: to address the historical, codicological and musicological point of view. Thus, the work has been constituted by four blocks: the first one is dedicated to music in the Valencian monastery through musical positions, activity and musical repertoire; in the second block, the choral books that belonged to the Hieronymite monastery are already addressed, a comparative study is made with the different indexes preserved in the Cathedral of Valencia, it also realizes the dated and illuminated books, the codicological study of them and the musical aspects that characterize all of them, as well as the difficulties that we have encountered in carrying out this type of work; the third section deals with the general catalog of the choral books, also describing the cataloging sheet agreed for such work, and the fourth is dedicated to the classification of all books within the liturgical year, taking into account the ordination of the Missale Romanum and the Breviarum Romanum , sources whose liturgy is the same as that of the choral books.

Entre els llibres de faristol o cantorals conservats en l’Arxiu de la Catedral de València es troba la col·lecció, quasi completa, d’aquells que pertanyeren al monestir jerònim valencià de Sant Miquel dels Reis, fent una catalogació sistemàtica, la qual era necessària, i que planteja els següents objectius: abordar el punt de vista històric, el codicològic i el musicològic. Així doncs, el treball ha quedat constituït en quatre bolcs: el primer està dedicat a la música en el monestir valencià a través dels càrrecs musicals, l’activitat i el repertori musical; al segon bloc s’aborden els cantorals que pertanyeren al monestir jerònim, i es fa un estudi comparatiu amb els diferents índexs conservats a la Catedral de València, on s’inclouen els llibres datats i il·luminats, l’estudi codicològics d’aquests i els aspectes musicals que caracteritzen a tots ells, així com la dificultat que hem trobat per a la realització d’aquest tipus de treball; el tercer epígraf tracta el catàleg general dels cantorals, descrivint-se també la fitxa de catalogació consensuada per a aquesta tasca; el quart bloc està dedicat a la classificació de tots els llibres dins l’any litúrgic, tenint present l’ordenació del Missale Romanum i el Breviarum Romanum, fonts la litúrgia de les quals és la mateixa que la dels cantorals.
