    Para la realización de este estudio se ha sometido a análisis morfométrico y tecnológico un conjunto cerámico recuperado de la campaña realizada en el yacimiento arqueológico del Cerro de los Vientos (Puente Obispo-Baeza, Jaén) entre 2014 y 2015. El sitio presenta varias fases de ocupación de época prehistórica y protohistórica. Los investigadores identificaron distintas zonas y recintos compuestos principalmente por estructuras negativas de muy diversa tipología.

    Como punto de partida del trabajo se propone la clasificación tipológica de las cerámicas correspondientes a las fases de la Edad del Cobre y Edad del Bronce del asentamiento. Posteriormente los datos se cruzan con una serie de variables tecnológicas y cualitativas, para poder descubrir técnicas de manufactura, uso o reparación de las vasijas. En último término el objetivo es conocer parte de la cadena técnico operativa y el modelo productivo desarrollado.

    Between 2014 and 2015 the prehistoric site of Cerro de los Vientos (Puente Obispo-Baeza, Jaén) has been excavated as a part of a rescue excavation programme. A small site with two circular ditched enclosures and pits of different shape and size were found. Different Prehistoric and Protohistoric phases were identified in the sequence of this site. The study of the Prehistoric pottery assemblage belonging to the Copper and Bronze Ages will be the aim of this paper. Through their typological and technical properties different aspects such as the relationships between the shape and function of the manufacturing process will be discussed. Finally, the technical and social acts involved in the step-by-step production process will be explored through the operational chain.
