Resumen de Staff Development:: Whose Responsibility?
This paper explores the question of who can be considered responsible for staff development. It argues that the major focus of any staff development initiative is to change the behaviour of individuals. In the light of this it considers the role of various agencies in relation to staff development. It concludes that effective staff development is achieved when ownership and responsibility are vested in the individual.
