Resumen de Evolución de la inversión en infraestructuras en la Comunidad Autónoma del País Vasco (2007-2018)

  En este trabajo se pretende revisar las tendencias recientes que han seguido las inversiones en materia de infraestructuras productivas y de su distribución funcional en la Comunidad Autónoma del País Vasco, teniendo en cuenta que la crisis financiera que aún perdura en las economías desarrolladas afecta notoriamente a la capacidad de financiación de dichas inversiones. Se intenta, en la medida de lo posible, determinar qué activos han sido los más afectados, en un sentido u otro, y cuáles son los déficits estructurales en esta materia, bajo la hipótesis de que las infraestructuras son esenciales para un territorio, en términos de desarrollo, de crecimiento, y muy especialmente, para su progreso económico y social.

  This paper aims to review the recent trends that have been followed by investments in productive infrastructure and their functional distribution in the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country, taking into account that the financial crises in the developed economies have a noticeable impact on the financing capacity of these investments. Attempts are made to determine as far as possible which assets have been most affected, in one sense or another, and what are the structural deficits in this area, under the assumption that infrastructures are essential for a territory, in terms of development, growth, and especially for its economic and social progress.

Ahaleginak egiten dira, ahal den neurrian, zehazteko zer aktibo diren ukituenak zentzu batean edo bestean, eta zeintzuk diren gai horretako egitura-defizitak, hipotesitzat hartuta azpiegiturak funtsezkoak direla lurralde baterako –garapen, hazkunde terminotan– eta bereziki lurralde baten aurrerapen ekonomiko eta sozialerako.
