Resumen de Educational Technology:: Support for Improvement of Learning
Since the establishment of NCET in 1967, support for those involved in the improvement of learning has been central to the activities of the Council for Educational Technology. This paper examines the thinking behind this concentration on support and analyses activities over nearly 20 years in the fields of use of new techniques; training of educational technologists; the development and use of resources; access to information; and the work of administrators, providers and policy makers. Indications of the directions of future activities are included where appropriate.
