Los diferentes Estados de América Latina han ido progresivamente incorporando a sus sistemas de gobierno de corte presidencial, instituciones propias de un sistema parlamentario original. Aquello, lejos de resolver algunas dificultades, ha generado situaciones de grave crisis política, las cuales, en el mejor de los casos, busca encontrar una salida jurídica mediante la labor de sus Tribunales Constitucionales, en mérito a las funciones pacificadora, ordenadora e integradora de estos Tribunales.
The different states of Latin America have progressively incorporated into their presidential government systems, institutions typical of an original parliamentary system. That has generated situations of serious political crisis, wich, in the best of cases, seeks to find a legal solution through the work of its Constitutional Courts, in merit of the pacifycing, organizind and integratind functions of these Courts.
