Resumen de Decálogo para la RCP en tiempos de covid-19

  Ante la situación actual de pandemia producida por el virus SARS-COV-2 (COVID-19) surgen dudas sobre la seguridad de la realización de Resucitación Cardiopulmonar (RCP) en este nuevo contexto, manteniendo el objetivo de prestar la mejor atención posible a todos los pacientes. Las diferentes organizaciones internacionales y nacionales de resucitación (ILCOR, ERC, AHA, SEMICYUC, Plan Nacional de RCP, etc.) han publicado sus recomendaciones con una evidencia escasa, pendiente de la realización de más estudios. Este artículo ha pretendido realizar un resumen de estas recomendaciones en los diferentes escenarios donde puede suceder una Parada Cardiorrespiratoria (PCR) en forma de decálogo

  Given the current situation of pandemic produced by the SARS-COV-2 virus (COVID-19), doubts arise about the safety of performing Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) in this new context, maintai-ning the objective of providing the best possible care to all patients. The different international and national resuscitation organizations (ILCOR, ERC, AHA, SEMICYUC, Plan Nacional de RCP, etc.) have published their recommendations with little evidence, pending further studies. This article has attempted to summarize these recommendations in the different scenarios where a Cardiorespiratory Arrest may occur in the form of a Decalogue.
