    La investigación obedece al intento de situar el proceso de configuración del cuerpo en América Latina hasta la denominada época digital, para ello se plantean como eje central los siguientes objetivos: 1) Desentrañar el pensamiento corporal en América Latina; 2) señalar los impactos de la Era digital sobre el cuerpo; 3) pensar el cuerpo como espacio de disidencia y resistencia. Se hace uso del método hermenéutico propio de la metodología cualitativa recurriendo al análisis documental y revisión histórica.

    The research is due to the attempt to place the body configuration process in Latin America until the so-called digital age, for this purpose the following objectives are set as the central axis: 1) Unraveling body thinking in Latin America, 2) Analyze the impacts of the digital age on the body, 3) Think of the body as a space for dissent and resistance. Use is made of the hermeneutic method of the qualitative methodology using documentary analysis and historical review.
