Gusto y prácticas del comer: entre el cuerpo y las emociones

    El objetivo principal de este escrito es presentar algunas reflexiones en torno a las conexiones entre las emociones y el comer como acto social. Para ello se presenta la interconexión  entre los sentidos, el cuerpo y las emociones, poniendo el foco en la no posibilidad de separación entre cuerpos/emociones y en el gusto como sentido principal que expone este vínculo en la conexión cuerpo/mundo. Como conclusiones más relevantes sostenemos que los cuerpos/emociones existen en conexión con el entorno/ambiente a partir de los procesos que se dan en la interacción entre el cerebro, el sistema nervioso central, los nutrientes, las energías y la distribución desigual de nutrientes. Ya que el sentido del gusto expone las clasificaciones sociales a la vez que la distribución geopolíticamente desigual de la energía requerida para la reproducción de los cuerpos, se vuelve central hacer hincapié en los sentidos y en las diversas formas de regulación, para hacer visible las conexiones entre cuerpos/emociones/alimentación/comer.

    The main objective of this writing is to present some reflections on the connections between emotions and eating as a social act. For this, the relationship between the senses, the body and the emotions is presented, focusing on the non-possibility of separation between bodies/emotions and taste as the main sense that exposes this link in the body/world connection. As more relevant conclusions, we argue that bodies/emotions exist in connection with the environment from the processes that occur in the interaction between the brain, the central nervous system, nutrients, energies and the uneven distribution of nutrients. Since the sense of taste exposes social classifications at the same time as the geopolitically unequal distribution of the energy required for the reproduction of bodies, it becomes central to emphasize the senses and the various forms of regulation, to make the connections between bodies/emotions/feeding/eating visible.
