    Este artículo analiza los discursos revisionistas críticos sobre el legado, y sobre la sharía como parte integrante del mismo, en sus diferentes fases desde principios del siglo XX, pasando por los discursos fundamentalista y salafista de revitalización islámica, hasta llegar a las propuestas del intelectual WaelHallaq, representante de la tercera generación de pensadores renovadores. Se centra en cómo se integra la cuestión del legado y la sharía en los discursos arabo-islámicos, tanto en la tendencia que propugna la reinterpretación de las fuentes para la producción de normas sociales (ichtihadí) como en la que se centra en la aplicación de una hermenéutica moderna.

    This article analyses the critical revisionist discourses on heritage, and on the Shari'a as an integral part of it, in its different periods from the beginning of the 20th century, through the fundamentalist and Salafist discourses on Islamic revitalization, to the proposals of the intellectual Wael Hallaq, representative of a third generation of intellectuals. It focuses on how the question of heritage and the Shari’a is integrated into Arab-Islamic discourses, both in the trend that advocates the reinterpretation of sources for the production of social norms (ijtihadi) and in the one which focuses on the application of a modern hermeneutic.
