Problemas y dificultades en el proceso enseñanza – aprendizaje en la asignatura de matemáticas modalidad en línea del preuniversitario en una universidad - Ecuador

    A pesar de existir lineamientos curriculares en las carreras de modalidad en línea por parte de la Universidad que invitan a los estudiantes a desarrollar sus habilidades en el pensamiento científico y analítico, en la asignatura de matemáticas existe obstáculos para dicha propuesta; tales como: infraestructura, falta de motivación y formación en los docentes para desenvolverse en todas sus actividades académicas, además se integra la disponibilidad de tiempo, interés y nivel académico en los estudiantes. Para aquello se realizará una encuesta basada en situaciones, problemas y dificultades que presenta los estudiantes al recibir la cátedra, con la finalidad de saber el funcionamiento de la plataforma y la ayuda del profesor tutor, los resultados se analizará por preguntas mediante programas estadísticos como IBM SPSS. Se propone integrar herramientas innovadoras en el proceso enseñanza –aprendizaje, donde los autores implementan los recursos y actividades en la plataforma académica, sin embargo, los tutores virtuales son mediadores, facilitadores y guías en el aprendizaje, aplicando la mejor metodología, tácticas y estrategias innovadoras mediante videos interactivos, presentaciones digitales, juegos en línea y la explicación virtual del docente, así permitirá impulsar un aprendizaje significativo.

    In spite of the existence of curricular guidelines in the online modality careers by the University that invite students to develop their skills in scientific and analytical thinking, in the subject of mathematics there are obstacles for such a proposal;such as: infrastructure, lack of motivation and training in teachers to develop in all their academic activities, in addition to the availability of time, interest and academic level in students. For this purpose, a survey will be carried out based on situations, problems and difficulties presented by the students when they receive the professorship, with the purpose of knowing how the platform works and the help of the professor-tutor, the results will be analyzed by questions through statistical programssuch as IBM SPSS. It is proposed to integrate innovative tools in the teaching-learning process, where the authors implement the resources and activities in the academic platform, however, the virtual tutors are mediators, facilitators and guides in the learning process, applying the best methodology, tactics and innovative strategies through interactive videos, digital presentations, online games and the virtual explanation of the teacher, so it will promote significant learning.
