Resumen de Reflexiones sobre el encuadre tras la COVID-19.

  Partiendo de la base de que el encuadre es el garante del método, así como del encuentro y del proceso analítico, las autoras concuerdan en la consideración de que el encuadre es algo vivo y dinámico que se crea y recrea con cada paciente, destacando la importancia del encuadre interno como el verdadero sustento de la posible alianza de trabajo entre paciente y analista.

  Tomando como analogía la tesis de Winnicott sobre un espacio potencial, las autoras desarrollan la noción de encuadre potencial, extendiendo el concepto de timing a la propuesta de un determinado encuadre, que dependa tanto del momento psíquico como de la singularidad de cada paciente y encuentro analítico pero que, al mismo tiempo, pueda contener en potencia otro futuro encuadre que puede comenzar a gestarse en la mente del analista, hasta que pueda ser propuesto y realizado en el trabajo en común para permitir que el paciente acceda al mayor nivel de simbolización posible.

  Paralelamente, y tomando como telón de fondo la emergencia de la pandemia de la COVID-19, las autoras plantean la diferencia entre la noción de ruptura del encuadre versus la de transformación del encuadre, tomando como hilo conductor el caso clínico de Raquel.

  On the basis of the setting as the guarantor of the method, as well as of the encounter and the analytical process, both authors agree in con sidering the setting as something alive and dynamic that is created and re-created with each patient, emphasizing the importance of the internal setting as the true sustenance of the possible working alliance between the patient and the analyst.

  Taken the thesis of Winnicott about a potential space as an analogy, both authors develop the notion of potential setting, expanding the timing concept to make a proposal of a certain setting, dependent both of the psychic moment and the singularity of each patient and analytic encounter but, at the same time, able to potentially contain a future setting that may begin to take hold in the mind of the analyst until it becomes possible for him/her to put it forward and have it realized within the common work, in order to enable the patient to access the maximum possible level of symbolization.

  In parallel, and taking as the background the emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic, the authors discuss the difference between the notions of setting rupture versus that of setting transformation, using as a guiding thread the clinical case of Raquel.

  Partant du fait que le cadre est le garant de la méthode, ainsi que de la rencontre et du processus analytique, les auteures s'accordent sur la considération que le cadre est quelque chose de vivant et de dynamique qui se crée et se recrée avec chaque patient, en soulignant l'importance du cadre interne comme véritable support de l'alliance de travail possible entre le patient et l'analyste.

  En prenant l'analogie de la these de Winnicott sur un espace potentiel, les auteures développent la notion de cadre potentiel, en étendant le concept de timing a la proposition d'un certain cadre, qui dépend a la fois du moment psychique et de la singularité de chaque patient et rencontre analytique, mais qui, en méme temps, peut potentiellement contenir un autre cadre futur qui peut commencer a germer dans l'esprit de l'analyste, jusqu'a ce qu'il puisse étre propasé et réalisé dans le travail en commun pour permettre au patient d'accéder au plus haut niveau de symbolisation possible.

  En méme temps, et en prenant comme toile de fond l'émergence de la pandémie du Covid-19, les auteures soulevent la différence entre la notion de rupture du cadre et celle de transformation du cadre, en prenant comme fil conducteur le cas clinique de Raquel.
