    La autora plantea el grado de repercusión que los nuevos desarrollos teóricos, los cambios socioculturales, las llamadas nuevas patologías, han tenido sobre el modo de abordaje de los pacientes y las variantes que en relación con el encuadre clásico se vienen introduciendo, así como la necesidad de dar cuenta de esas transformaciones del punto de vista metapsicológico. Se pregunta cuales serían los nuevos recursos tanto teóricos como clínicos que, sin desnaturalizar el fundamento del encuadre, permitan hacer avanzar un proceso verdaderamente psicoanalítico. De qué modo la actual pandemia, al haber precipitado a paciente y analista sin aviso previo a una nueva realidad, cuya característica principal en lo referente al campo analítico, es la de un trauma compartido por la dupla, los elementos del encuadre quedan puestos en cuestión. En relación a la formación y transmisión en los institutos se subraya la necesidad de volver sobre el sentido del encuadre y repensar planes de formación que habiliten a los candidatos a contar con herramientas útiles para la clínica actual.

    The author brings up the degree of repercussion that the news theoretical developments, socio-cultural changes, the so-called new pathologies have had on the way of approaching patients and the variants that are being introduced in relation to the classic setting, as well as the need to account for these transformations from the metapsychological point of view. She wonders what would the new theoretical and clinical resources be, that without distorting the foundation of the setting, will allow the advancement of a truly psychoanalytic process. In what way the current pandemic, having forced the patient and analyst without prior notice to a new reality whose main characteristic in relation to the analytical field is that of a trauma shared by the pair, the elements of the setting are being questioned. In relation to training and transmission in institutes, the need to return to the meaning of the setting is highlighted, as well as the need to rethink training plans that enable candidates to have useful tools for the current clinic.

    L' auteur aborde les répercussions que nouveaux développements théoriques, les changements socio-culturel et les »nouvelles pathologies», ont eus sur les modes de demande des patients, et sur les variantes introduites dans le cadre classique de l'analyse. Elle souligne la nécessité de rendre compte de ces transformations du point de vue de la métapsychologie, et s'interroge sur les nouveaux recours, tant théoriques que cliniques qui, sans dénaturer les fondements du cadre analytique, permettent de faire avancer un processus réellement psychanalytique De quelle maniere, l'actuelle pandémie, ayante précipité patient et analyste, sans avis préalable, dans une nouvelle réalité dont la caractéristique principale référée aux champ analytique est celle d'un trauma partagé, questionne les éléments du cadre. Les instituts soulignent au sujet de la formation et transmission, la nécessité de revenir sur le sens du cadre et de repenser les plans de formation qui habilitent les candidats a compter sur des outils en accord avec la clinique actuelle.
