    Una vez que el juez ha dictado sentencia condenando a alguien a un «no hacer» o acción de cesación se contemplan las consecuencias de la negativa del condenado a cumplir la sentencia, entre ellas la opción del juez de imponer multas coercitivas si el condenado a no hacer sigue ejecutando su acción prohibida y, al mismo tiempo, la derivación al juzgado de guardia para la incoación de las diligencias penales por desobediencia.

    Once the judge has issued a judgment convicting someone to a «negative action» or the «abstain to do something», we analyze the consequences of the refusal of the convicted to comply with the judgment, including the option of the judge to impose coercive payments if the convicted to a negative action continues performing the prohibited act and, at the same time, the referral to the police court for the initiation of criminal proceedings for disobedience.
