  El presente artículo tiene por objeto analizar el fenómeno de la acumulación de acciones regulado en la Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil, centrándose, fundamentalmente, en el estudio de los requisitos, tanto materiales como procesales para que el mismo pueda tener lugar, así como en los importantes efectos que pueden derivarse de esta institución, como la alteración en la aplicación de las normas de jurisdicción y competencia y las especialidades en la determinación de la cuantía litigiosa y en el régimen de recursos, y el tratamiento procesal que debe darse a la misma, realizando propuestas e interpretaciones del articulado de la Ley, e incorporando Jurisprudencia del Tribunal Supremo y Doctrina del Tribunal Constitucional relacionada.

  This article aims to analyze the phenomenon of accumulation regulated on the Spanish Civil Procedural Law, focusing primarily on the study of the requirements, both substantive and procedural so that it can take place, as well as important effects that may result from this institution, as the alteration in the application of the rules of jurisdiction and competence and specialties in the determination of the disputed amount and the system resources, and procedural treatment to be given to it, making proposals and interpretations of articles of the Law, and incorporating Decisions by the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court related Literature.
