The enforcement of the arbitrator's award, despite the apparent simplicity associated with the reference in block to the rules of the regular enforcement of Civil Procedural Law, involves certain problems for the legal operator. The object of the following reflexions are the fitting of the annulment action with the references of the Arbitration Act to the provisional enforcement of the judgments, the extension of the powers of judicial control ex officio to conventions and arbitrator's awards, and the specific application to the arbitration of the ordinary rules of enforcement
