  • A study is carried out on the applicable regulations to calculate how to carry out the calculation of the deadlines to submit a written statement or appeal available to the party when a court ruling has been notified to that party. Being in force the Lexnet system since 2004, it is necessary to apply simultaneously various precepts of the procedural law to obtain a correct interpretation on which is the «last day» to submit a written statement in response to the court ruling notified to the party.
