AbstractThe purpose of this research study was to design the psychomotor subject to promote child development in early education students, in a private educational institution in the city of Cali, Colombia. For its part, the methodological design was based on the qualitative approach from the scope of Action Research. However, the epistemic approach was thought from the theoretical postulates of Aucouturier, who considers spontaneous practices relevant for early psychomotor development. In conclusion, it can be said that the general objective was effectively fulfilled, which was referred to the design of the psychomotor subject to favor child development in the students under study.
