The scope of this study is trying to discern the legitimacy, firstly, of the exercise of the conscientious objection by the health care practitioners within the international and European legal frame. Secondly, both of the regulatory rules of referrals to other professionals and registers of objectors in the health field in the context of digitalization, based on the approach of the following issues: What conditions should that register have in order not to instill a daunting effect on the exercise of conscientious objection by health workers? To what extent are their personal data protected?
