Resumen de Populismo latino americano, elitismo político y legado familiar en Colombia

  El sistema democrático colombiano, y en gran parte el Latinoamericano, se han visto envueltos por la influencia de tres fenómenos políticos como lo son el populismo, el elitismo político y el legado familiar, convirtiéndose en el derrotero de los líderes, partidos y movimientos ciudadanos que ambicionan el poder político. Este artículo tuvo como objetivo principal describir estos tres fenómenos desde la perspectiva colombiana. Y es producto de las revisiones bibliográficas realizadas durante la ejecución de la investigación denominada Consecuencias de la hegemonía de los congresistas en el poder de la rama legislativa colombiana desde 1968 hasta 2018. Dentro de los resultados alcanzados se destaca la política nacional empañada por estrategias que buscan nublar la capacidad de elección de las personas haciendo creer que lo popular es lo mejor, donde está el poder económico está el poder intelectual, y que un apellido representa seguridad.

  The Colombian democratic system and to a large extent the Latin American one, have been surrounded by the influence of three political phenomena such as populism, political elitism and family legacy, becoming the course of the leaders, parties and citizen movements that ambition the political power. The main objective of this article was to describe the behavior of populism, political elitism and family legacy from the Colombian perspective. And it is the product of the bibliographic reviews carried out during the execution of the research called Consequences of the hegemony of the congressmen in the power of the Colombian legislative branch from 1968 to 2018. Among the results achieved is the national policy marred by strategies that they seek to cloud people’s capacity of choice by making them believe thatthe popular is the best, where the economic power lies is the intellectual power, and that a surname represents security.
