    En el presente artículo analizamos el término terrorismo desde su implicación jurídica, en comparación con las  Álvaro Uribe Vélez. ¿Qué representa ser un terrorista frente a ser un posible delincuente político? ¿Cuáles son los resultados sociales y jurídicos de emplear un término o el otro? ¿Con qué definición habremos de quedarnos para afrontar la realidad de nuestro contexto? Preguntas como estas pretenden ser respondidas después de la siguiente lectura.

    In this article we analyze the term terrorism from its legal implication, versus the statements offered by the  to be a terrorist or to be a possible political offender? ¿What are the social and legal results to use one term or the other? ¿What definition we choose to face the reality of our context?
