    El presente trabajo analiza las distintas oportunidades que se presentan para el capital riesgo en el terreno de las reestructuraciones empresariales en un escenario post pandemia. Concretamente, se abordarán las opciones de inversión en empresas en las que los fondos de capital riesgo ya son socios, así como las oportunidades de participar en la reestructuración de nuevos negocios y de rentabilizar dichas inversiones a través del instrumento de la capitalización de créditos. Adicionalmente, se tratará el papel de los fondos de capital riesgo ante la nueva Directiva de reestructuraciones.

    This paper analyzes the different opportunities for venture capital in the field of business restructuring in a postpandemic scenario. Specifically, it will address investment options in companies in which venture capital funds are already partners, as well as opportunities to participate in the restructuring of new businesses and to make such investments profitable through the instrument of credit capitalization.

    Additionally, the role of the venture capital funds in the face of the new Directive on preventive restructuring frameworks will be discussed.
