Análisis de tumoraciones ováricas benignas intervenidas en nuestro hospital

    Una masa anexial es un problema ginecológico común. En este artículo se ha realizado un análisis retrospectivo de todas las tumoraciones ováricas intervenidas entre noviembre de 2015 y febrero de 2019 en el Complejo Hospitalario de Jaén, perteneciente al Servicio Andaluz de Salud, cuya área de referencia abarca los centros sanitarios de los Distritos de Jaén y Jaén Sur; además de derivaciones de Hospitales comarcales pertenecientes a la provincia. Los datos han sido obtenidos de la base de datos de nuestro sistema informát ico (Diraya), obteniendo los siguientes resultados en los 91 estudios anatomopatológicos revisados de las intervenciones quirúrgicas realizadas en el tiempo descrito:

    endometrioma (38,5%) seguido del teratoma maduro (22%), en tercer lugar quiste simple ser oso (12%) en cuarto lugar cistoadenoma muscinoso (10,9%) en quinto lugar cistoadenoma seroso (8,9%) en sexto lugar cistoadenofibroma seroso (5,5%) y por último lugar hemos encontrado un caso de cistoadenofibroma muscinoso y de quiste de la rete. En nuestra revisión hemos visto que las frecuencias de cada quiste benigno pueden ser distintas a las descritas en la literatura por las características específicas de cada hospital, como en nuestro caso que el endometrioma es el quiste benigno más frecuente, sin em bargo, en la literatura lo más frecuente son los cistoadenomas y teratomas maduros.

    In this article, a retrospective analysis has been carried out of all ovarian tumors intervened between November 2015 and February 2019 at the Jaén Hospital Complex, belonging to the Andalusian Health Service, whose reference area covers the health centers of the Districts of Jaén and Jaén Sur;

    In addition to referrals from regional hospitals belonging to the province. The data have been obtained from the database of our computer system (Diraya), obtaining the following results in the 91 pathological studies reviewed of the surgical interventions performed in the described time:

    endometrioma (38.5%) followed by mature teratoma ( 22%), thirdly, sim ple serous cyst (12%), fourth place mucinous cystadenoma (10.9%) fifth serous cystadenoma (8.9%), sixth serous cystadenofibroma (5.5%) and finally We have found a case of mucinous cystadenofibroma and cyst of the rete.

    In our review we have seen that the f requencies of each benign cyst may be different from those described in the literature because of the specific characteristics of each hospital, as in our case that the endometrioma is the most frequent benign cyst, however in the literature the most frequ ent are mature cystadenomas and teratomas.
