El siguiente artículo consta en una aproximación crítica a la producción intelectual de Arantxa Tirado expuesto en la obra Venezuela. Más allá de mentiras y mitos. Se parte de una aproximación documental al papel del intelectual de izquierda del siglo XX de la mano de Pere Saborit y Mario Bunge. Seguidamente se inspecciona la degradación argumentativa de la izquierda bienpensante, la adopción de la video verdad como dispositivo para controlar la percepción y cubrir la retaguardia del totalitarismo bolivariano, supuesto ente real “revolucionario”.
