  Se parte de un caso real de reforma de un local, situado bajo viviendas, con el objetivo de dotarlo de un aislamiento acústico muy elevado, disponiendo además de poca altura para la ejecución del techo flotante ypartiendode un aislamiento inicial pobre.El presente documento presentael diseño, ejecución y resultadosde aislamientoobtenidosin situgracias alasolución constructivaempleada,poco habitual en los manuales deconstrucción de techosflotantes, para obtener altas prestaciones de aislamiento acústico ocupando el escaso espacio disponible.

  Our starting point is the refurbishement of a business located on the groundfloor of a residential building.Our aim is to dramatically increase its sound insulationbearing in mind that there is very low heightfor a floating ceilingat our disposal.
