Influência de pequenos erros de execução em obra no desempenho acústico de edifícios: exemplos típicos

    In order to attain adequate acoustic insulation in buildings it is required, not only to adopt proper constructive solutions, but it is also very important to guarantee the compatibility with the different design projects involved in the design stage of the building, a proper detailing of the solutions and its right execution. A constructive solution which is expected to have a high acoustic performance may turn out to be a failure if it is not well performed even if the mistakes seem to be small. In this paper the authors discuss these issues, by analyzing a set of results of airborne sound insulation and impact sound insulation regarding situations where typical mistakes in the execution of the constructive solutions were carried out or where inadequate decisions taken by other design specialties involved in the project, clearly affected the final results.

    A obtenção de condições adequadas de isolamento acústico em edifícios passa pela adopção de soluções construtivas apropriadas, no entanto, a compatibilização com as restantes especialidades de projecto envolvidas, a sua pormenorização e a correcta execução em obra são normalmente decisivas. Uma solução de previsível elevado desempenho acústico pode resultar num fracasso, se forem cometidos erros de execução, mesmo que de pequeníssima dimensão. No presente artigo, são apresentados e analisados resultados de isolamento acústico, quer a sons aéreos, quer a sons de percussão, obtidos em edifícios, em situações onde pequenos defeitos de construção e/ou decisões tomadas por outras especialidades envolvidas no projecto, condicionam claramente os resultados finais.
