  • Resumen
    • Mobile devices can be used as educational tools to facilitate learning in context and also to extend the possibility of "learning in mobility". Through well planned educational mobile resources, significant and collaborative construction of knowledge and the development of students’ competencies can be reached. This paper presents the results of an ex post facto explanatory research, oriented to identify design, utilization and integration experiences of mobile learning resources. A best practices approach was applied based on educational resources’ contribution to learning as well as to the development technological competencies in the implementation of the 2008- 2010 Mobile Learning Project at the Tecnológico de Monterrey
