    La Sentencia del Juzgado Central de lo Contencioso-Administrativo n.º 7 confirma la Resolución del Tribunal Administrativo del Deporte por la que se anula la sanción impuesta a un deportista por la utilización de sustancias dopantes. Sin embargo, esa misma Resolución del Tribunal Administrativo del Deporte, aun siendo dictada en el ejercicio de una potestad administrativa, fue revisada y anulada por un laudo arbitral dictado por el TAS, confirmando la sanción al deportista. Frente a esta incompatibilidad entre una resolución judicial y la Resolución del TAS ¿qué hacemos ahora?

    The Central Administrative Court of Spain confirms the administrative decision handed down by the Administrative Court of Sport in Spain in which the sanction imposed on an athlete for the use of doping substances was annulled. However, that same administrative decision, even though it was issued in the exercise of a disciplinary authority, was reviewed and annulled by an arbitration award issued by CAS, which confirming the sanction imposed on the athlete.
