Resumen de La Música en los Cuidados de la Salud a través del Tiempo

  En el presente artículo presentamos los datos históricos relevantes para el cuidado de la salud y el cuidado enfermero, en el que la música y el estímulo sonoro son utilizados como elementos de aplicación en beneficio de la salud y del bienestar de las personas. Hacemos especial referencia al último siglo y medio (cuando comienzan las referencias a este tipo de cuidado en la literatura enfermera), desde F. Nightingale hasta las últimas publicaciones que hacen alusión a las intervenciones enfermeras ("Terapia Musical"). Así mismo hacemos una revisión de los diagnósticos enfermeros NANDA donde quedan explicitadas estas intervenciones en la solución de los problemas de competencia enfermera

  With the present article we show a descriptive and longitudinal study, in where we gather the excellent historical data for the human Care, of health and nursing care, in whom music and the sonorous stimulus are used as element of application in benefit of the health and the well-being of the people. We make special reference to the last century and a half where the references to this type of Healthcare within the nursing writings; beginning from F. Nightingale, to the last incorporations that make reference to the Nursing Interventions: "Musical Therapy" and a revision of the nursing diagnoses from NANDA where they are specified these Interventions in the solution of the nursing interventions
