Resumen de Justicia constitucional sin supremacía

En este artículo se describe la evolución histórica de la supremacía constitucional a partir del análisis de las ideas fundamentales plasmadas por el juez Edward Coke en el caso Bonham (de Inglaterra) y de diversos precedentes en Estados Unidos de América, contrastando y analizando su aplicación e interpretación en México y si puede ser utilizada de la misma forma y en el mismo sentido. Se explica la tropicalización o adaptación mexicana del principio utilizado en los países referidos, conforme a lo establecido y desarrollado por el marco constitucional mexicano y al criterio que la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación ha trazado y emitido al respecto

This article describes the historical evolution of constitutional supremacy from the analysis of the fundamental ideas embodied by Judge Edward Coke in the Bonham Case (England), in various precedents and in the United States of America, contrasting and analyzing their application and interpretation in Mexico and if it’s applicable in the same way and in the same sense. This paper explains the tropicalization or Mexican adaptation of the principle used in the aforementioned countries, in accordance with what is established and developed by the Mexican constitutional framework and the criteria that the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation has drawn up and issued in this regard
