Resumen de Hacer pensar y hacer ver: el cine como base generadora de conocimiento y constructora de la identidad del alumnado

Esta comunicación analiza dos aspectos fundamentales: el pensamiento crítico y la educación de la mirada a través del cine y las imágenes. El análisis de la película de animación “Inside Out” nos llevará a las entrañas de la formación del individuo desde su creación biológica a su conformación identitaria como ser humano. Un cuestionario sobre cine y cultura nos ofrecerá datos acerca del valor otorgado por los estudiantes, en su tiempo libre, a dichos términos, ayudándonos a dilucidar unas conclusiones donde el cine se erige como un posible método educativo eficaz y la importancia conferida a la cultura en la educación.

This paper analyzes two fundamental aspects: critical thinking and education of the gaze through film and images. The analysis of the animation film “Inside Out” will take us to the entrails of the formation of the individual from its biological creation to its identity conformation as a human being. A questionnaire about film and culture will provide us data about the value given by students, in their free time, to these terms, helping us to elucidate conclusions where cinema stands as a possible effective educational method and the importance given to culture in the Education.
