El objeto de estudio de esta investigación musicológica ha sido una partitura escrita en tetragrama en notación cuadrada gregoriana con texto en latín hallada en un monasterio histórico de monjas dominicas de clausura. Los objetivos fueron dos: analizar y comparar las partituras encontradas en 2007 dentro del archivo con las halladas fuera del mismo y establecer alguna función identitaria del canto gregoriano en relación al objeto-partitura y a las monjas. Todas las partituras halladas coinciden en texto y melodía, con variaciones en la notación musical. Una partitura del archivo del monasterio de 1873 edición medicea presenta claves de fa en 3ª línea y de do en 4ª línea. Otras partituras del archivo de ediciones vaticanas escritas sólo en clave de do en 4ª línea son semejantes a las halladas en la biblioteca central de U.C.A. y en internet. Estas últimas partituras son sólo material de estudio, en cambio esas mismas partituras dentro del monasterio, por la práctica gregoriana de las monjas dominicas, son un fenómeno musical vivo actual en Latinoamérica.

The study object of this musicologycal investigation were a score writen in tetragram in square gregorian notation with text in latin in a historical monastery at a dominical nun cluster. The objectives were two: to analyse and to compare the scores found in 2007 inside the archive with the scores found outside the archive, and to establish some identity function of the Gregorian chant in relation to the object-score and to the nuns. Every the scores to found agrees in text and melody, with variations in the musical notation. One score of the monastery archive at 1873 medicea edition present fa in 3ª key and do in 4ª key. Other scores of the archive at Vatican edition writer only do in 4ª key are similar to the ones found in the U.C.A. central library and on the internet. These last scores are only study material, but these scores inside the monastery, because of the Gregorian practice of the dominicals nuns, are a living musical phenomenon current in LatinAmerica.
