Resumen de Caracterización de la calidad sonora de las zonas verdes en las aglomeraciones urbanas

  Con motivo del estilo de vida en las actuales aglomeraciones urbanas, existe la necesidad de disponer de zonas verdes dentrode las ciudades y así contar con áreas donde la vegetación y la naturaleza refuercen nuestra atención espontánea y, permitan que nuestro sistema sensorial se relaje y nos infunda nuevas energías, reduciendo nuestro estrés diario. Un adecuado paisaje sonoro en estos ambientes podría actuar, por tanto, como un elemento de restauración y confort para los habitantes de los actuales entornos urbanos. Existe la tendencia actual, por parte de las autoridades competentes, de promover y conservar las zonas verdesurbanas, seleccionando adecuadas especies vegetales, cuidando el paisaje visual, etc. pero, sin hacer hincapié en la necesidad de diseñar y conservar unos paisajes sonoros de gran calidad, los cuales sean capaces de proporcionar el ambiente natural, relajante, restaurador, confortable, etc., anhelado por los habitantes que visitan este tipo de emplazamientos. Por lo tanto, en este trabajo vamos a llevar a cabo un análisis de las características sonoras de las zonas verdes presentes en la ciudad de Granada, con objeto de conseguir detectar las principales deficiencias y, proponiendo una metodología para la caracterización sonora de este tipo de áreas.

  Due to the lifestyle in the current urban agglomerations, it exists the need to have green spaces inside the cities to be able to have areas where vegetation and nature reinforce our spontaneous attention and, allow us that our sensory system relax and injects us new energy, reducing our daily stress. A suitable soundscape in these environments might act, therefore, as an element of restoration and comfort for the inhabitants of the current urban environments. It exists the current trend, on the part of the competent authorities, of promoting and preserving the urban green spaces, selecting suitable plant species, taking careof the visual landscape, etc. but, in most cases, without emphasizing the need to design and preserve soundscapes of great quality, which are capable of providing the natural, relaxing, restorative, comfortable, etc; environments longed by the inhabitants who visit this type of emplacements. Therefore, in this work we are going to carry out an analysis of the sound characteristics of the green spaces in the city of Granada, in order to detect the principal deficiencies and to propose a methodology for the sound characterization of this type of areas.
