Resumen de Innovación y Competitividad: Un estudio relacional de las MiPyME’s del sector metalmecánico en el estado de Aguascalientes

  La innovación es un elemento que impacta en el crecimiento de las Micro, Pequeñas y Medianas Empresas (MiPyME’s) lo que genera que estas empresas sean competitivas. Los objetivos del estudio son conocer los tipos de innovación existentes e identificar el nivel de competitividad respecto a los factores de competitividad presentes en las MiPyME’s del sector metalmecánico del estado de Aguascalientes para analizar la relación entre innovación y competitividad y determinar de qué manera impacta esto en sus niveles de desarrollo.

  Los resultados se obtuvieron por medio de una encuesta aplicada a 28 MiPyME’s metalmecánicas del estado de Ags., dichos resultados confirman una correlación positiva entre innovación y competitividad, demostrando que donde existe mayor innovación es en procesos. A la vez, esta investigación revela que, en cuanto a competitividad, el factor sobresaliente es el de recursos humanos.

  Actualmente en el mercado de la industria metalmecánica existe mucha competencia, es por eso que, a través de este estudio se analizan los tipos de innovación que agregan valor a los productos y/o servicios de dicho sector y de igual manera se dan a conocer las áreas de mejora para ser mayormente competitivos.

  Innovation is an element that impacts the growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MiPyME’s), which makes these companies competitive. The objectives of the study are to know the types of existing innovation and identify the level of competitiveness with respect to the competitiveness factors present in the MSMEs of the metalworking sector of the state of Aguascalientes to analyze the relationship between innovation and competitiveness and determine how this impacts on their levels of development.

  The results were obtained through a survey applied to 28 metalworking SMEs in the state of Ag. These results confirm a positive correlation between innovation and competitiveness, showing that where there is more innovation is in processes. At the same time, this research reveals that, in terms of competitiveness, the outstanding factor is that of human resources.

  Currently in the market of the metalworking industry there is a lot of competition, that is why, through this study, the types of innovation that add value to the products and / or services of this sector are analyzed and in the same way the areas for improvement to be mostly competitive.
