  • In line with recent jurisprudence and current anti-discrimination regulations, the article explores the constitutional reasons that confirm the need to guarantee the free exercise of the right of religious propaganda to atheists, anchoring this guarantee to the implementation of a principle of secularism that promotes and does not hinder confessional and cultural pluralism, and extending the scope of art. 19 of the Constitution not only to cults traditionally centered on transcendental visions but also to ethical convictions based on conceptions of life of an exclusively immanent nature
